Heather and Bryan work as the Directors of Partner Relations, keeping in contact with partners on both the "donor" and "doing" sides of things and insuring communication is clear and thorough. Heather heads the Tin Roof Society business and legal details and serves as a key contact for when you decide to go on a trip with us. Bryan and Heather have served together in full-time, local church ministry for the last 15 years.
Heather brings to us a background in business finance where she has worked with many non-profit organizations. She currently works as the Operations Manager for a mortgage lender in Virginia. Heather has a heart for the hurting and most vulnerable as well as a passion to get the Word of God to the ears and hearts of people.
Bryan has been involved in local church ministry with youth, music and as a "Care Pastor" over the last 15 years. Bryan has a heart to see the church and others engage in meeting world need.
