Our desire is to mobilize individuals into a collective body of world changers. However, we never want to lose sight of the personal visions necessary to reach a corporate goal. Without the passion of an individual who has seen the need and has discovered their desire and ability to meet that need, Tin Roof becomes incapacitated.
To help people become aware of their ability to change the world, we are developing a system with which every individual who partners with us can realize their
HEART (passion for global needs) and GIVE (their ability, large or small, to resource global needs).
By designing personal programs for global impact we are strengthening the body of Tin Roof and creating a greater opportunity for systemic change.
